Benefits Processing and Validity
Once a guest's arrival is confirmed through the unified immigration system, benefits are typically issued within a 72-hour processing window. Residents are cautioned that vouchers or discounts may not be active immediately upon landing. Once issued, these benefits—which include hotel, dining, attraction, and lifestyle experiences—are valid for use at participating venues until December 31, 2026. While the total value of packages was reported at over AED 3,000 at the time of launch, actual offers may vary based on partners and availability.

Indian residents in Dubai with registered guests are advised to maintain their registration confirmation and ensure flight and passport details remain consistent to avoid processing delays.
