News tips. If you know something happening in the UAE that readers should know about, write to us. Tell us what you saw or what you have, and how we can verify it. We protect the identity of people who ask us to.

Corrections. If we have published something inaccurate, tell us what is wrong and, where you can, point us to the correct source. We investigate every correction request. See our Corrections Policy.

Complaints. If you believe an article has treated you unfairly or breached our published standards, our Complaints & Grievance Redressal page sets out how the complaint is handled and by whom.

Response times

We aim to respond to correspondence within two working days, and to resolve complaints and corrections within seven working days of receiving them. Urgent correction requests about a live article are treated ahead of everything else.
