Officials from VFS Global will accompany the Consulate team. Appointments are mandatory and must be booked on a first-come, first-served basis via the official VFS Global Saudi Arabia–India portal at services.vfsglobal.com/sau/en/ind/book-an-appointment. The Consulate advises that registration windows typically open approximately seven days prior to each scheduled visit and warns against using unofficial links or agents for payments and bookings.
