The Traffic Department highlighted via its official X account that the penalty range for such violations is set between SR3,000 and SR6,000.
While normal group travel to a destination does not constitute a violation, the restriction applies to activities interpreted as races, coordinated convoys, or processions that impede standard traffic usage. Organizers must obtain official approval for rallies or automotive events.
