Applicants are advised to bring an updated hard copy of their CV, along with their Emirates ID or passport. Technical candidates should provide educational certificates, trade certificates, ITI/diploma documents, and experience letters. Drivers must carry the original and a copy of their valid UAE driving license. Individuals with visas nearing expiration or those currently on notice periods should provide documentation regarding their status and availability to join.

While recruitment advertisements mention benefits such as free accommodation, company transport, and company-sponsored visas, candidates are encouraged to verify final employment terms, including salary, overtime rates, and medical insurance, directly through an official offer letter. In accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021, Article 6, employers are strictly prohibited from charging recruitment or employment fees to workers. Candidates are warned against making cash payments to individuals claiming to guarantee selection or visa issuance. This event is specifically aimed at candidates already present in the UAE. Those residing in India are advised to apply through official company channels rather than traveling specifically for the event. Before commencing work, all successful candidates must ensure they have a valid, Ministry-approved work permit as required by UAE labor law.
