Tamil Nadu Woman Rescued Safely in Kuwait, Discover Agent Faces FIR
Vanitha, a domestic worker from Tamil Nadu, India, working in Kuwait, is now safe at the Indian Embassy in Kuwait. Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal confirmed the embassy helped her right away after learning about her case.

Vanitha's mother Vennila stated the agent misled the family about working conditions in Kuwait. Vanitha is a mother of two who went to Kuwait three months ago for better money. The Kallakurichi District Collector and Superintendent of Police checked her identity and worked with Indian officials after the SOS video came out.
